Today Palestinians and internationals marched towards the Israeli-occupied Palestinian Authority compound with water and medicine in-hand, but were refused entry by Israeli military-police.

Officials with the Union of Palestinian Medical Relief Committees (UPMRC) have received requests from those trapped inside the compound that diabetes and heart medicine, as well as fresh water, are desperately needed.

There are over two hundred Palestinians inside what little is left of Arafat's presidential headquarters in Ramallah. Israeli forces have cut water and electricity to the compound.
