The 1980s saw the arrival of Mandela and his democratic government. The former political authorities were quick to realise how unfavorable the voting process would be to the Afrikaner community, which would be numerically overwhelmed and would soon have little political influence. This realisation led Dr. Basson to a simple analysis: fewer blacks would mean fewer black votes.
However, this conclusion would not be practicable without a sizeable investment. Many Millions would have to be contributed, at the end of the 1980’s, by the Apartheid government for a state of the art military laboratory to be established at Roodeplaat, a suburb close to Pretoria. Advanced research techniques were then pursued in order to develop a fatal molecule, particularly sensitive to the high melanin pigmentation of the Black population. Simply put, an ethnically selective extermination weapon.
Dr. Basson’s military laboratory also studied and stored samples destined to create wide-spread propagation of deadly epidemics within the Black African population A department of Project Coast concentrated on employing main-stream scientists for massive sterilisation of Black women.
