Meanwhile, the U.S. and Great Britain will continue their military build-up in the region and U.S., U.K. and Israeli commandoes – along with Turkish troops - will continue training dissidents in Northern Iraq. Iran will continue providing facilities for discussions by the political wings of these dissident Iraqis and the Arab governmental leaders will negotiate better handouts from the United States, while wringing their hands in impotence. The European Union will also do its usual “Dance of the Seven Veils”, playing the reluctant virgin, once again, until its corporate leadership has assured itself that it will get a share of the Iraqi pie.

George W. Bush, appointed to the U.S. Presidency, by the Reagan/Bush appointed Supreme Court, has emasculated the U.S. Congress, by convincing the House and Senate that he alone knows best when to declare war. Formerly, this had been a Constitutional responsibilty of Congress, but such responsibilities demand thought and foresight and Congress is concerned primarily with the next election. His sights are now on the United Nations.
