On March 21st through 27th, Thunderstorm, a Native rock tour & film project featuring Robby Romero of Red Thunder, will cross over the Yukon into Prince William Sound as an emergence of hope.

These historic concert events on March 23rd in Cordova and March 24th in Anchorage will mark the 13th Anniversary of North America's worst oil spill, the EXXON Valdez.

Special guest speakers will include Sarah James and Dune Lankard, two of Alaska's premier Native leaders for conservation and cultural preservation. Also appearing in Anchorage, Alaska's Pamuya, a combination of Yup'ik & Inuit dance, song and humor.
From the heart of Indian country to the main streets of the world, Thunderstorm visits Alaska with a politically charged awareness campaign geared toward America's youth. Focusing positive energy on the Nation's most controversial debate currently before the Senate, the provision to drill for oil in the pristine Arctic National Wildlife Refuge.

The events will be filmed live as a film special to be aired on national music television, bringing attention to the efforts to preserve and protect Alaska - America's Last Frontier.

Robby Romero is a United Nation's "Ambassador of Youth for the Environment" and front man of America's premier Native rock band, "Red Thunder".

Sarah James is a Gwich'in spokesperson and recipient of Advocacy Institute's "Emerging Leaders in a Changing World" award.

Dune Lankard is an Eyak spokesperson and one of TIME Magazine's "Heros for the Planet".
