Despite having completed an extensive legal renunciation process in accordance with U.S. Law, International Law, and Human Rights Law, the State Department of the U.S. has attempted to deny Kenneth Nichols his right to renounce U.S. citizenship. Nichols has complied with all laws pertaining to renunciation of citizenship and he has denounced America publicly as "the #1 terrorist on the planet," left the U.S. and relinquished his passport, twice and rejected any "allegiance" to America to confirm his rights and convictions.
