Chavez Frias wants new solar and wing energy agreements with Iran

Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez Frias has asked an Iranian delegation, currently visiting Venezuela to seek out further trade agreements in the field of solar and wind energy.
Speaking during his Sunday radio address from the Military Circle Fuerte Tiuna (Caracas), Chavez Frias has praised what the Iranians have put on show at the 1st Iranian Industrial Fair ... 176 Iranian business persons and 46 companies have presented their industrial and technological advances since May 18.
"How many solutions could we seek for our small villages and hamlets ... medical solutions to make X rays, lab tests, vaccinations ... we must move forward in the line of solar and wind energy!"
The President says he has been in contact with Iran's President Mohammad Khatami, who has been monitoring trade agreements between the two countries.
Today, Khatami has stated that his own country is taking new steps towards sustainable development adopting new productivity programs.
Iranian business persons attending the Fair have been presented to the Venezuelan public during the Sunday radio address.
