To the AAAS, IAPAC and UNAIDS
Subject: U.S. Patented CURE for AIDS
In 1997, the United States patented a CURE for AIDS. None of the above listed organizations has ever mentioned the U.S. patented CURE for AIDS.
It appears that the American people and the people of the world have been duped into believing that AIDS is a plague of nature, when all the science and medical evidence proves that AIDS is the “synthetic biological agent” produced under the auspices of the U.S. Special Virus program.

When will the science and medical professions adhere to the U.S patented CURE for AIDS?
Earlier today, (June 30) the Office of HIV/AIDS policy of the Department of Health and Human Services confirmed the Bush Administration is not interested in the U.S. patented CURE for AIDS. If the people are to regain their health and their government, it will require the leadership of the medical and science professions.
We today call on the great minds of the planet for review and investigation of the 1971 flowchart and the U.S. Special Virus program and the U.S. patented CURE for AIDS.
Additionally, no one in the science and medical community can explain away the VISNA sheep cells in the HIV genome. See, JAMA, 258, pp. 1143- 54, 1987.
According to one of the fifteen progress reports of the U.S. Special Virus program, VISNA had not been associated with human disease as late as 1971. But for the U. S. Special Virus program, there is simply no way for the sheep cells to be associated with HIV. The 1932 strain of VISNA sheep disease associated with HIV proves the HIV agent has been developed throughout the 20th Century, as is best described in the June 3, 1946 TIME magazine article, “BETTER THAN THE BOMB”.
It is up to the science and medical professions to take up the mantel of truth and fact for the people and begin the process of eradicating this synthetic biological agent we call AIDS.

Method of curing AIDS with tetrasilver tetroxide molecular crystal devices
Abstract
The diamagnetic semiconducting molecular crystal tetrasilver tetroxide (Ag.sub.4 O.sub.4) is utilized for destroying the AIDS virus, destroying AIDS synergistic pathogens and immunity suppressing moieties (ISM) in humans. A single intravenous injection of the devices is all that is required for efficacy at levels of about 40 PPM of human blood. The device molecular crystal contains two mono and two trivalent silver ions capable of "firing" electrons capable of electrocuting the AIDS virus, pathogens and ISM. When administered into the bloodstream, the device electrons will be triggered by pathogens, a proliferating virus and ISM, and when fired will simultaneously trigger a redox chelation mechanism resulting in divalent silver moieties which chelate and bind active sites of the entities destroying them. The devices are completely non-toxic. However, they put stress on the liver causing hepatomegaly, but there is no loss of liver function.
