International Day of Solidarity
with Palestinians Against the Israeli Apartheid Wall

In June 2002, the Anti-Apartheid Wall Campaign put out a call for there to be an International Day of protest against the Wall on behalf of the affected communities and the Palestinian People - A call to show solidarity with the Palestinian struggle against the wall, on the very date that the people of Berlin tore down the wall that had divided their city for decades.
The response to that call was tremendous.
Human Rights groups, Women's and Religious associations, local societies and community organizations, schools, peace movements, political parties and governments the world over are amongst thousands standing up to make, not just Sunday but a whole week of events, heard as their protest to the injustices being carried out, in violation of international laws in the Palestinian territories.
The outrage felt by the international community is demonstrated by the extensive list of events taking place this week across the globe.
To see what is taking place in your area, as well as finding out how you can join in to help put a stop to the new apartheid regime being born in the 21st century, click on the link below.
