Vox Populi and Beyond the Rhetoric

Article image The voice of the people will be heard throughout the world, this weekend, as more than 30 million in over 600 cities express their opposition to more war in Iraq, an unjustifiable example of State Terrorism.

The political process in many “Western” nations – particularly the United States and Kingdom – has degenerated into a selection process of Management Teams competing for administration of the multinational corporate agenda.

Due to the escalating costs of electioneering, few candidates risk alienating their corporate sponsors. As a result, voters feel disenfranchised by the politicians they elect and support through their taxes.
This weekend, politicians will see that their constituents demand that the United Nations Inspectors be allowed to complete their inspections of Iraq – without intimidation or the threat of renewed war.

The largest demonstrations are expected in Great Britain and the United States, the two nations that have been enforcing their “No-Fly Zones” which have divided Iraq into three parts. Now they intend to complete the destruction of that country, in order to change its government. The fact that this goes against any concepts of International Law is being ignored.
