Delhi Declaration links climate change to sustainable development.
New Delhi, 1 November 2002 - Ministers and senior officials from some 170

It stresses that in addition to mitigation, high priority must be given to
adapting to the adverse impacts of climate change. The Declaration reiterates the importance of carrying out all existing international commitments under the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change. It also calls for early ratification of the Kyoto Protocol.
