While Arab leaders re-launched a milestone Saudi-inspired initiative offering Israel full normalization of ties in exchange for withdrawal from all occupied Arab territories, Israel snubbed the overture as it did five years ago.
"I urge Israel to accept the Arab peace plan and not to miss another chance to resolve the Israeli-Palestinian conflict," Palestinian president Mahmoud Abbas told the closing session of the Arab summit, reported Agence France-Presse (AFP). MORE
