The UN Human Rights Council passed a resolution on Monday slamming Israel for the 1981 annexation of the Syrian Golan Heights.
Meeting in Geneva, the 47-member body voted 32-1 with 14 abstentions to condemn Israel’s annexation of the Golan Heights and slam its attempts to impose Israeli laws in the area as “null and void”. (MORE)
