Last night, on The NewsHour with Jim Lehrer, co-host Margaret Warner oversaw a panel of experts evaluating the prospect for lasting peace in Iraq with the recent formation of a unity government. In spite of the largely optimistic viewpoints of the Bush administration, the prospects seem dim indeed. Key to the program segment was a discussion of the "tipping point".
