CEO: Latin American Challenges to E.U.'s Neoliberal Agenda

Bolivia and other progressive Latin American governments played a crucial role during the Fourth World Water Forum in Mexico City (March 16-22 2006), by insisting that water must be excluded from trade agreements and that governments must recognise and implement the human right to water.
