Yugoslavian War Crimes Tribunal Has Another Serbian ‘Avenger’

Alleged leader of a group of local Bosnian Serb paramilitaries in Visegrad, south-eastern Bosnia and Herzegovina. Often referred to as the "White Eagles" or “Avengers”, they worked with local police and military units in exacting a reign of terror upon the local Muslim population during the 1992-1995 conflict.

Indicted for persecutions, murder, inhumane acts, cruel treatment and extermination.
Arrested in Argentina on 8 August 2005. Transferred into the custody of the Tribunal on 21 February 2006
