THE DRAFT EUROPEAN CONVENTION AGAINST TRAFFICKING IN HUMAN BEINGS MUST BE STRENGTHENED The Council of Europe Ad Hoc Committee on Action Against Trafficking in Human Beings (CAHTEH) from 28 September to 1 October is meeting to discuss a draft of the European Convention on Action Against Trafficking in Human Beings.
