As we enter 2004, we are still plagued by war. Militarists continue to impose their will upon all life on Earth.
The United Nations – a voluntary organisation established to promote Peace – vacillates impotently, as the force of Law continues to degenerate into the Law of Force.
Still, each new day brings with it the Hope that we may all live in Peace and that the Militarists will remember that their primary task is Defence not War.
