U.S. General Wesley Clark, potential U.S. presidential candidate and former NATO Supreme Allied Commander Europe, is scheduled to testify, next month - for the Prosecution - in the Milosovic Trial before the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia (ICTY). The United States has imposed certain restrictions upon the Tribunal, wherein General Clark’s testimony will not be open to the public – or the press – and both the Prosecution and the Defense (Slobodan Milosovic) will be required to restrict their questioning, in accordance with the wishes of the U.S. Government.
